Who Runs This Site
pipNova-Ai is a free analytics and education site. It publishes written guides about order flow, delta and gold trading, and it provides a browser-based terminal that displays order flow readings for XAUUSD. It does not operate an account system, it does not take deposits, it does not manage money, and it does not sell signals or trading services. The full contact details and the operating entity information are on the contact page, and the operating entity's particulars are available on request.
What This Site Does Not Collect
Because pipNova-Ai is a mostly static site, the amount of personal data involved is deliberately small:
- No account and no registration. There is no sign-up, no login, no password, and no user profile.
- No payment details. Nothing on the site is paid, so no card, bank or wallet information is ever collected.
- No analytics or tracking scripts. The pages do not load Google Analytics, ad pixels, session recorders, heat maps or cross-site trackers.
- No marketing cookies. The site sets no advertising or remarketing cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing consent-based to gate.
- No email list and no newsletters. If you contact us by email or Telegram, that is a direct conversation, not a subscription.
What Is Actually Stored
Browser preferences in localStorage
The terminal keeps a small number of UI preferences in your browser's localStorage - for example which symbol is selected, which chart panel is open, or a chosen time window. This data stays in your own browser. It is not transmitted to us, it is not linked to an identity, and clearing your browser storage removes it. It is a convenience setting, not a tracking mechanism, and it does not identify you.
Server logs
Like any web host, the servers that serve pipnova.in may keep standard request logs - the requested URL, the timestamp, the HTTP status, the referring page and a truncated IP address - for the purpose of diagnosing errors and abuse. These logs are operational records, not a behavioural profile, and they are not used to build an advertising audience.
Messages you send us
If you email support@pipnova.in or message the Telegram channel, we keep the conversation so that we can answer you and so that we have a record of any bug report. We use that information only to deal with your request.
Market Data and Third-Party Feeds
The live price, delta and tape shown in the terminal come from a third-party broker feed - currently an IC Markets demo account - read through the MetaTrader 5 API on the server side. That means:
- The price you see is the broker's price, not an exchange's official fixing, and it can differ from your own broker's price by the spread and any latency between feeds.
- What the operator receives from that feed is tick data: prices and tick timing. It is not your personal information, and it is not used to build a record of your activity.
- Because the feed is a broker demo feed, it can be delayed, interrupted, or reconnected with a gap. See the disclaimer for what that means for the readings.
Third-Party Links
pipnova.in links out to brokers, exchanges, platforms, regulatory registers and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, their pricing or their availability, and their inclusion here is not an endorsement. A link is a reference, not a recommendation, and a deal you find on a linked site is between you and that site. Read the linked site's own terms and privacy policy before you give it any information.
How We Use and Share Data
Personal data that reaches us - essentially the contents of a support message - is used for one purpose: to answer you, fix the problem you described, and keep the terminal working. We do not sell, rent, trade, license or otherwise share personal data with advertisers, data brokers or analytics vendors. We may disclose information where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal process, and we will tell you if we are asked to hand over information you sent us.
We do not build behavioural profiles, we do not run automated decision-making on you, and we do not do automated decision-making on your trading account - we have no access to your broker account at all.
Retention
Server logs are kept for a short operational window and then discarded. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the issue and to keep a useful record of recurring problems, and are not used for anything else. LocalStorage preferences live only in your browser and disappear when you clear site data or reset the browser.
Your Choices
You can clear the localStorage preferences at any time through your browser's site-data settings, and you can ask us to delete the messages you have sent us. Because we hold no account record and no marketing list, there is no profile to export and no mailing list to unsubscribe from. If you want something removed, say so in a message and we will remove it.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page, and the change will be described in plain language rather than buried. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies from that point on. Questions about any of this are welcome via the contact page.
