What These Terms Cover
By using pipnova.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. They are written to be read, not to be argued with: if something here is unclear, ask through the contact page and the wording will be improved.
What pipNova-Ai Is
pipNova-Ai is a free analytics and education site for retail traders studying XAUUSD order flow. It provides written material and a browser terminal that displays statistical readings derived from a live tick feed: delta, cumulative delta, buyers versus sellers pressure, a volume profile, a time-and-sales tape and related indicators.
pipNova-Ai is not a broker, fund, portfolio manager, signal seller or investment adviser, and it is not regulated as one. It does not accept deposits, it does not hold client money, it does not execute orders, and it does not manage accounts. Nothing on the site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or an offer to provide a trading service.
Advisory Only, No Execution
The terminal is an advisory and visualisation tool. It tells you what aggressive spread-crossing flow it is currently measuring and flags a state when the imbalance is statistically unusual. It never places, modifies or closes a trade, and it is not connected to any brokerage account of yours or anyone else's.
There is no auto-trading path in the product. The expert advisor shipped with the terminal keeps its automatic-execution switch switched off, and no version of the site asks for, accepts or stores broker credentials. Every decision to enter or exit a position, and every order you send, is yours alone and is sent by you in your own broker platform.
No Account, No Fees, No Deposits
There is nothing to register for and nothing to pay. The site does not take card details, does not operate a wallet, does not take a deposit, and does not ask for money in any form. If any page, message or person claiming to speak for pipNova-Ai asks you for funds or for your broker login, it is not us - do not proceed, and please report it.
Your relationship with money in this market is with your own broker, under your own broker's terms. We are not a party to that relationship and we receive nothing from your trades.
Availability and Market Data
The live feed is supplied by a third-party broker (currently an IC Markets demo account) and reached through the MetaTrader 5 API. That means the readings depend on something outside our control:
- Data can be delayed, can drop out, and can reconnect with a gap in the tape.
- The feed is a demo feed. It is not an exchange feed, and the prices are a broker's.
- Outside market session hours the market is closed, so the terminal can display the last available tick, which is stale. Readings on a closed market are historical, not live.
- Your own broker's price will differ from the terminal's by spread, latency and liquidity conditions.
We aim to keep the terminal available, but we give no availability guarantee. The site or individual features may be changed, reduced, suspended or discontinued at any time, without notice and without liability. Do not rely on this site as a critical component of a trading process you cannot afford to lose.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for every decision you make with the information on this site, including the decision to open a position at all. Trading leveraged CFDs and spot metals carries a high risk of rapid loss, and you should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. You are responsible for:
- Deciding whether any reading on the terminal justifies a trade, and sizing that trade yourself.
- Using your own broker, your own account and your own risk limits, and reading that broker's margin and leverage terms.
- Verifying the freshness of any price or signal before acting on it, particularly around session open, session close, news events and rollover.
- Keeping your own records and your own tax and regulatory compliance.
Educational Content
The guides explain how order flow, delta and spread-crossing flow work, and how to read them. They describe concepts and methods. They do not promise a result, and no reading on the terminal or in the guides is a forecast of what price will do next. Any performance figures quoted on this site are in-house, unaudited, first-party claims produced on a specific sample of data, and are presented with their methodology caveats. They are not independently verified and are not a promise of future outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of pipNova-Ai is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the terminal, including trading losses, lost profits, lost data, missed signals, stale prices, feed outages, delays, or reliance on any reading, article, or third-party link. The site and the terminal are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid us, which is currently nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the mandatory law that applies to you.
Intellectual Property
The written guides, the terminal, the code behind it, the design and the name are the property of the operator. You are welcome to read, quote and link to them with attribution, and to use the readings for your own analysis. You may not resell the content, republish it as your own, scrape it in bulk to train a model or to republish it elsewhere, or present the terminal as your own product.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, which is the operator's principal place of business, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. The operating entity's details are available on the contact page and on request. If a mandatory consumer protection rule applies to you because you live elsewhere, that rule is unaffected by this paragraph.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the product changes. The current version is always the one published on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially affects you, it will be described in plain language on this page rather than hidden in a diff.
